Switching from civil engineering into the software world, Matt has always been fascinated by construction tech. In 2021 along with Aaron Vanston, he co-founded BuildPass, a cloud-based software that helps businesses streamline their operations by replacing traditional apps, emails, and paperwork, serving as an operating system for construction sites. Before BuildPass, Matt worked as a software engineer in tech companies and served as a tutor at the University of Melbourne.
Most of his time is spent with builders and subcontractors brainstorming better ways to manage safety, but when he's not he'll be finding his way to the coast for a surf. His passion for the water has driven him to support as head water polo coach and club captain of the Portsea Surf Life Saving Club.
