Weaver
Case Study: Weaver (Patterns Platform)

01
The
Challenge
Mission-critical construction projects generate massive amounts of information across schedules, contracts, drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, change orders, safety records, cost data, and other project documentation.
For owners and project teams, this data is often fragmented across disconnected tools and workflows.
The result is a limited ability to understand project context in real time, identify dependencies between safety, cost, schedule, quality, and compliance, and proactively surface risks before they impact delivery.
The challenge was not simply to centralize data. The broader objective was to support Weaver’s vision for a scalable intelligence layer that could connect project information, apply construction-specific context, and help enterprise customers move from reactive reporting to proactive project intelligence.
Problem statement & pain points:
- Fragmented project data across construction, project management, scheduling, document management, and internal systems
- Limited ability to connect project context across safety, cost, schedule, quality, compliance, and field execution
- Heavy reliance on manual workflows for reporting, data aggregation, and analysis
- Delayed visibility into project risks, readiness gaps, and performance issues
- Need for scalable infrastructure to support enterprise customers managing multi-project and portfolio-level data
- Need to support future AI workflows, advanced analytics, and knowledge graph–based project intelligence
Root causes:
- Disconnected systems with no unified data layer
- Manual data aggregation processes
- Lack of scalable infrastructure for analytics and automation
Business impact:
- Slow decision-making due to delayed or incomplete data
- High operational overhead
- Risk of errors in reporting and project tracking
- Limited ability to scale operations efficiently
Desired outcome:
- A centralized, scalable data platform
- Real-time insights across projects
- Automation of data ingestion and reporting
- Improved decision-making capabilities
For Weaver, the goal was to continue scaling a platform capable of serving enterprise owners and project teams delivering complex, high-value capital programs where certainty of outcomes is critical.
02
The
Partnership
Weaver worked with e-verse to support the continued scaling and extension of the Weaver platform for enterprise construction customers.
Rather than acting as a traditional outsourced development vendor, e-verse served as a strategic technical partner.
Their role was to help accelerate platform development, strengthen the underlying architecture, and support Weaver’s ability to process and operationalize large volumes of construction data across multiple systems and customer environments.
e-verse’s value came from the combination of technical engineering capability and AEC industry knowledge.
This allowed the partnership to move beyond generic software development and focus on the specific data, workflow, integration, and scalability challenges faced by enterprise construction teams.
Together, Weaver and e-verse advanced the platform foundation required to support owners and project teams delivering multi-billion-dollar portfolios of hyperscale data centers and other mission-critical facilities.
03
The
Result
Reduction in manual data processing time
Faster access to project insights
Increased operational efficiency
Improved data accuracy and reliability
04
Our Role / Process
e-verse served as a strategic engineering and AEC technology partner to Weaver, helping strengthen, scale, and accelerate the platform’s technical foundation.
This work enhanced Weaver’s ability to ingest, structure, secure, process, and activate project data across multiple enterprise construction systems.
Key contributions included:
Platform Architecture Support
e-verse supported the design and extension of Weaver’s core platform architecture, helping ensure the platform could scale across large enterprise construction environments, multiple projects, and complex data sources.
Data Pipelines and Integrations
It also helped develop data pipelines to integrate multiple project data sources, including Procore and Primavera P6.
These integrations supported Weaver’s ability to unify fragmented project data and make it available for downstream analysis, automation, and AI-powered workflows.
Cloud Infrastructure and Serverless Services
e-verse also contributed to scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS services, including serverless components such as AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
This work helped support Weaver’s ability to process project data efficiently and scale platform capabilities as customer requirements grow.
Secure Authentication and Access Control
e-verse supported the development of secure authentication and access control capabilities, including services such as Cognito and related authorization patterns.
This helped strengthen the platform foundation required for enterprise customers with strict security, access, and data governance requirements.
Real-Time Data Processing and Analytics Support
The company also helped enable data processing and analytics capabilities that allow Weaver to transform incoming project data into structured, actionable intelligence.
This supported Weaver’s broader ability to surface insights related to schedule performance, project readiness, safety workflows, compliance gaps, and project controls.
Backend Services and APIs
e-verse helped create scalable backend services and APIs to support platform functionality, system integrations, data access, and customer-specific workflows.
These services strengthened Weaver’s ability to support enterprise deployments and future platform expansion.
05
The Solution / Product
Through the partnership, Weaver continued scaling the technical foundation of its construction intelligence platform.
The resulting platform capabilities support the ingestion, organization, analysis, and operationalization of project information from multiple construction systems.
This enables Weaver to deliver intelligence across project context rather than treating safety, cost, schedule, quality, and compliance as isolated categories.

The solution strengthened Weaver’s ability to:
- Connect fragmented project data across construction systems
- Support integrations with Procore, Primavera P6, SharePoint, and internal customer systems
- Automate data ingestion, structuring, and processing workflows
- Support enterprise-grade backend services and scalable cloud infrastructure
- Enable secure access control for enterprise users and customer environments
- Provide a foundation for AI-powered Patterns and knowledge graph–based project intelligence
- Help customers move from manual reporting to proactive risk, compliance, and readiness insights.
Weaver’s platform is designed to help construction teams identify risks earlier, understand project dependencies more clearly, and act before issues impact delivery outcomes.
06
Who’s
the client?
Weaver is the intelligence layer for mission-critical construction.
The platform helps owners, general contractors, and project teams identify risk, compliance gaps, readiness issues, and optimization opportunities across complex construction programs before they impact cost, schedule, safety, quality, or delivery certainty.
Weaver connects fragmented project information from systems such as Procore, Primavera P6, SharePoint, contract systems, drawings, submittals, schedules, safety documentation, and operational data.
The platform applies construction-specific intelligence to transform disconnected information into actionable insights within the context of the project.
Weaver’s Patterns are pre-built, learning intelligence workflows that codify construction expertise into repeatable, auditable workflows.
These Patterns help project teams proactively evaluate schedule integrity, safety readiness, document completeness, compliance requirements, project controls, and other critical delivery risks.
07
Results
& Impact
For customers delivering mission-critical construction programs, Weaver provides greater visibility into the conditions, dependencies, and risks that influence project outcomes at both the project and portfolio level.
At the project level, teams gain earlier insight into issues that may affect safety, cost, schedule, quality, compliance, or readiness.
Rather than relying solely on periodic reporting or isolated reviews, project stakeholders can better understand where risks are emerging, how they relate to one another, and which items require attention before they impact delivery.
At the portfolio level, owners gain a more consistent view across projects, regions, contractors, and delivery teams.
This helps leadership identify recurring risks, compare project performance, prioritize intervention, and understand where systemic issues may be affecting execution across a broader capital program.
Key customer value includes:
- Earlier visibility into risks that may affect cost, schedule, safety, quality, compliance, or delivery certainty
- Stronger understanding of how project issues and dependencies are connected
- More consistent insight across projects, teams, contractors, and regions
- Improved ability to prioritize attention based on risk, urgency, and potential impact
- Greater confidence in project and portfolio-level decision-making
- Better identification of recurring trends, information gaps, and systemic delivery risks
- More proactive management of readiness, compliance, and execution risks before they escalate
- Increased ability to protect delivery certainty across multi-billion-dollar mission-critical programs
